The staff, especially the lady who serves breakfast, is super friendly and always there to help. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place if you want somewhere clean and quiet. Here's why: 1. **It's Kinda Dirty**: The cleaning isn't great. You'll find hair on the floor and beds. Every night my skin itches after sleeping for a while. I feel the bed is dirty. Oh, and I even saw a bug in the shower. 2. **Cold Showers**: Most of the time, there's barely any hot water. So, brace yourself for a chilly time after showering. 3. **Smells Bad**: The rooms stink like sewage. It's pretty gross. 4. **Super Noisy**: The walls are paper-thin. You'll hear everyone walking by and your neighbors as if they're in the same room. Not cool if you're a light sleeper. 5. **No Quilts**: And yeah, they don't even provide quilts. So, there's that.

No hot water, no kindness, no quilt on the bed, no English, several giant cockroaches in the room, I had my worst nightmare in this hotel and it just totally ruined the beginning of my vacation. There were more than 2 huge cockroaches during the night and I can hear them flying. So I didn’t slept and I couldn’t even go to pee because I was super scared of roaches. The staff when I checked in called Lavender and the night guard were very kind and genuine, although the night guard didn’t speak English but he was so kind, Lavender’s English was very good and passionate. But the girl when I checked out and the manager I talked on the phone was super arrogant. I’m genuinely telling you guys don’t booking this hotel.
